Our Returns Policy

The following guidelines will assist you if you need to return the product:

Obtain a Return Authorization Number from our Inside Sales Department.

To maintain data accuracy, we request that you always procure a Return Authorization Number for any product return.

Returned goods are subject to the following criteria:

1. Must be in saleable condition.

2. Must have been purchased originally from Mettam Safety.

3. Must have been purchased not more than 90 days prior to the requested return.

We can accept product returns that have:

1. Not exceeded the product's expiration date.

2. Not been discontinued by the manufacturer.

3. Not been customized specifically for your firm.

Approved returns will receive credit issued against future purchases.

In-stock items ordered in error by the customer may be returned without a restocking charge.

Non-stock items ordered in error by the customer may be returned subject to the restocking charge mandated by the manufacturer.

If we have shipped items due to our error in misinterpretation, either in entering or filling an order, the product is returnable without question.
